Odds disclosure

Odds of winning depend on the skill of the participant and the number of eligible entries received.

Winner determination

Players are ranked by score descending, then by lock time ascending (earlier locks break ties). Ties at the top-10% cutoff line are expanded — all tied players qualify.

Winner notification

Winners are notified via in-app notification and email sent to the address on file.

Tax responsibility

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. Pick Sevn will issue a 1099-MISC for any individual winning $600 or more in a calendar year.

Void/push rules

If a sporting event is cancelled or athletes tie on the underlying stat, the affected day may be voided at Pick Sevn's discretion. Voided days are scored as 0 for all players and the week's maximum possible score is recalculated.

General conditions

Pick Sevn reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair contest integrity.

Severability

If any provision of these rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
