Terms of Service

By creating an account on Pick Sevn or entering any contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Pick Sevnis a skill-based prediction contest. Participation outcomes are determined predominantly by participants' knowledge of sports and analytical skill. Pick Sevn is not a lottery, gambling game, or game of chance.

You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and located in an eligible state to use Pick Sevn. You may not participate if you are prohibited by applicable law from entering skill-based prediction contests.

The entry fee is a non-refundable payment for the right to participate in the weekly contest. The entry fee does not constitute a wager, bet, or stake. Entry fees are company revenue. Prize awards are funded independently by Pick Sevn from company funds and are not contingent upon the number of entrants or total entry fees collected.

Each person may maintain only one Pick Sevn account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and will result in disqualification from all active contests and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

Pick Sevn may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, attempts fraud, or uses multiple accounts. Terminated accounts forfeit any pending rewards.

Pick Sevnmay modify contest rules with at least 7 days' advance notice. Changes do not apply to contests already in progress at the time of notification.

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or a contest question cannot be resolved due to circumstances beyond Pick Sevn's control, Pick Sevnmay void the affected day. The week's maximum possible score will be recalculated accordingly.

Pick Sevn owns all game content, scoring systems, and branding associated with the service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Pick Sevn content without written permission.

Pick Sevn's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the entry fees you paid to Pick Sevn in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Pick Sevn will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. No class action waiver applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing State — to be determined upon LLC formation], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
